Not lost. Definitely not lost.
Carrying a textbook and a large yellow lined notepad, Roy is (somewhat grumpily) wandering the various floors of the dormitories, looking for the commonroom, or nearest equivalent.
Despite being a fairly bright boy, he does not stop and simply knock on someone's door for directions. Because bright or otherwise, he's still male. And 99.08% of men/boys/guys do not stop and ask for directions. Ever. (like gravity and bad cafeteria food, this is a truism that spans universes.) The very idea is preposterous and insulting.
EDIT: [Now in the 3rd floor common room]

"Hi," she calls to Roy. "You can't sleep either?"

"Not really," he replies, flopping onto the couch next to Angela and staring at the tv. Television (like microwave ovens, cellphones, and computers) is something he's had to get used to in the last week. He thinks that of all of these devices, television is clearly the most brilliant and worthwhile invention-- despite also being most useless.
"What is that man selling?" Roy asks, pointing at the screen, mildly puzzled.

((late, forgive me!))
No problem

Re: No problem
The infomercial has ended, and an exercise class takes its place on the screen. "My mom did Jazzercise when we were little," Angela says. "It's so doofy looking."

((OOC:
What do you say we call it a night? Sorry I've been so late in replying to the comments. Keep having to go without my computer for RL stuff. It's been fun though! And Roy always needs more friends.))
