In the third floor common room

For the second night in a row, Rory wanders into the third floor common room (with another stack of flyers and coffee in hand) and flips on the TV.

However, it's fairly obvious from the rapid pace she's flipping through the channels that she's not really all that focused on the television.

Marty flops down on the couch next to Gilmore wearing an orange sweatshirt and jeans.

"Hey Gilmore. Anything good on?"

Rory stops pressing the remote, and it falls on a rerun of Will and Grace.

"Good? I don't know that 'good' is the word I want to use here."

Marty looks vaguely at the "Just Jack" routine.

"Yeah. Monday night TV tends to suck across the known universe doesn't it?"

Marty looks at the new flyers again. "They look very nice on the pink paper. Nice touch."

Hey, the second floor's dead an' Jubilee's fumigatin' her side of the squallin' room. Is it swerval if I hang out up here?

"It is absolutely swerval," Rory says from the couch, smiling. "I like your hair!"

"You think?" Rory asks, picking one up and considering it. "I just wanted to make it clear that it's a girls party, in case John or anyone else becomes confused. Otherwise I'd have used blue or yellow."

Really needing to not be in her room right then, Angela makes her way to the Common Room and plops herself down near Rory and Martin. "Hey guys," she says, feigning casual cheeriness.

Angela blinks at Zero's hair. "Wow. That is so ... pink." She considers it for a second. "It looks really good on you."

"Ten to One you'll get another crasher or something weirder show up. I'd crash it myself if I didn't think Parker would feed me to the squid."

Rory grins. "Oh, I'd be okay with a crasher. Janet was telling me awhile ago about her evil revenge plan for the next time a guy tries to crash one of our slumber parties."
