Third Floor Common Room again

Draco is passing the time until Lily is finished her interview at the Perkolator. He's sprawled out on the couch again, today's copy of the Daily Prophet on his stomach. He's not watching TV today though. He's made a origami bird out of the classified ads and he charmed it to make it fly around the room. He likes to make his own fun.

((The mun will be here most of the afternoon. She's got to write for fanfic100 and ZOMG Sleepless in Seattle is on.))

*Jonathan walks into the common room after spending the morning cleaning his and Draco's room. He flops down onto one of the couches with a book*

"I cleaned the room," he says out lod and one assumes he's speaking to Draco but he doesn't actually look at him.

Draco catches the origami bird in midair.

"...thanks." Draco says, also avoiding Jonathan's eyes.

"So, I've been... thinking," Jonathan says and looks around to make sure no one is about to walk in, "What happened the other day, you know with the... well you know. That doesn't really mean anything. I mean, firstly we were drunk and secondly we were still high on the endorphins from Becky and lastly, it's perfectly normal for boys our age to um, experiment and whatnot. Almost all of the psychology books I've ever read have said so."

"And besides, you and Lily are pretty serious aren't you?"

Draco actually turns his head to look at Jonathan.

"Yes, I agree totally. It was perfectly normal and we got that whole thing out of our system. Lily and I are...yes, we're serious."

"Very serious. And I'm definately asking Faith out this week. So I think it would be best if we just put it all behind us and never speak of it again. Or talk about it. Or make anything resembling a reference to it. Agreed?" And Jonathan holds his hand out.

"Agreed." he says shaking his hand. "Good luck with that whole Faith thing. I'm sure you'll be able to show her a good time."

"Ok, that was the last reference, I swear." he says smiling.

"Great, glad we're back to normal," Jonathan says also shaking hands and smiling. He smiles at Draco for several moments before realizing they're still technically holding hands

Draco gets off the couch and puts his arms around Lily.

"What's wrong?" he asks
