Tour of the dorms

"Uh, so this is the dorms, Logan." Rogue stands on the first floor, waving her arms around and looking vaguely like a tour guide. "I live in one of the attic suites; it's a long walk, but the room is awesome." She runs a navy-gloved finger through her hair, feeling a little silly. "Oh, and this is our journalism project." She points to several posters along the wall. "What do you think? We need reactions." She smiles.

Logan stares at the posters.

"What the hell kind of school is this, Marie? Say yes to unprotected sex? To tattoos? That's it, you're coming back to the mansion with me."

"First of all, the sex one is a parody. And that's ours, so give me a better statement. Second of all, you don't even LIVE at the mansion!" Rogue rolls her eyes. "I'll go back to the Mansion "with you" if you actually freakin' lived there!"

She starts walking down the hall, pointing out people's doors. "And that's Dr. Grissom's room." She smiles shyly and keeps walking.

"All right, fine, I'll give you a statement. You shouldn't have unprotected sex unless you have a healing factor like me," he smirks. "How's that?"

"Who's Dr. Grissom?"

Rogue laughs. "I'll write that one down. I'm sure Professer Jereselum will love it.

"Dr. Grissom is the sociology teacher here." That little secretive smile is back, but Rogue is continuign her tour. They're now on the second floor. "I'm takin' a seminar on Death and Dying with him. He's very smart, and just absolutely wonderful. He's offered to counsel me about ... stuff pertainin' to the class."

She starts pointing out doors again. "This is the common room, we mostly hang out here. It's fun."

"He's a teacher and he lives in the dorm? And he's a HE? What kind of counseling is he giving you, Marie?"

Rogue hasn't stopped her tour [[because this is probably her mun's last post before heading out]] and continues pointing out her friend's rooms as they pass. "That's Cally's, the Colorado gang, Jaye's..."

At the question Rogue sighs. "First of all, a lot of the teachers live in the dorms. It's easier for them. Secondly, he's giving me counselling on dealing with death. I didn't WANT to bring Jean up, but since you pressed the issue, that's it." Rogue's lying, sort of. But she's annoyed enough that Logan might not catch it.

"And this," she says with a flourish, "Is my room. This is the sitting area, and over there is my room. We share a bathroom, but its nice having our own spaces." She smiles.

"Well, it's cozy," he says, giving her a weird look.

"Hey, kid, I'm going to head back to town. I'll see ya tomorrow."
