In the Gym [Monday Late Afternoon]

Anders has been slacking off again and he knows it, so he heads down to the gym to get in some serious workout time, Kara and Lee be damned. He starts with some quick line sprints on the basketball court, then throws in some jumprope time for footwork. Next up is some rebound practice and passing off the walls (and the basketball backboards for variety's sake) to himself.

Now he settles in for a good long session in the weight room; good way as any to work off a little excess frustration.
