Outside the dorms, before Caritas
At 10pm FHT Angel stood out in front of the dorms as per his agreement with Parker.
To say that he clearly had the attitude of a prisoner being lead towards his execution vastly misunderstood how much he would have cheerfully asked "Shouldn't I be wet?" if someone offered him the use of an electric chair as a last-minute option.
He checked his watch and waited for Parker to show.
