Outside the dorms, late morning
The Tick was strolling around the campus grounds. It was raining lightly, but there was still some snow on the ground. Maybe even enough snow for a snowman.
He was currently carrying some Christmas cookies that he had hidden from Lockheed in a secret hiding place. It's not much of a gift if it has been found and eaten a week before, therefore hidey.
Tick would probably be happy to talk to any students who crosses his path.
