Room 333 - Evening

DEATH is sitting in his room for once, at a desk no less, with a very authentic looking quill and parchment in front of him. Periodically he dips the quill into the nearby ink pot and scribbles a few lines on the paper, only to then cross them out. If he had any musculature to speak of, it is possible his brow would be knit into consternation.

DO YOU THINK, BINKY, THAT A BERET WOULD HELP THE FLOW OF CREATIVITY. IT SEEMS MANY CREATIVE TYPES WEAR BERETS.

Binky snorts slighlty at this from where he stands in the room, behind DEATH, seemingly reading over his shoulder.

((OOC: Door is open and, even if you can't see DEATH, there is still obviously a very large white horse standing in the room.))

[ooc: This happens between the lunch thing and Togusa]

Victor sat on his bed, thinking. He was going to go back to town, but then decided it was too early for what he wanted to do. Instead, he came back up here, but now he was bored.

Eventually his thoughts drifted back to Walter and the dance the previous night. It had been...magical, to say the least. He still couldn't believe that everything that had happened had happened. The dancing, the talking...man, was he happy that he could talk with Walter. They had both gotten so many things off their chests, it was incredible. One thing, however, slowly moved tot he forefront of Victor's mind.

Sex

He liked Walter. A lot. But was he ready for sex yet? Walter had had sex before, but Victor never had. Well, except jacking off, but that didn't count, did it?

Maybe he should get some condoms, just in case. Even if he didn't make a decision yet, he should probably have some anyway.

But where would he get some? He didn't want to ask Walter, in case he was rushing things. He couldn't go to the clinic, because he didn't want the doctors to think he was having sex. Same thing with any store in town. He was stuck.

Then he remembered what had happened in the common room a few days ago, when had seen someone making balloon animals out of condoms. That person turned out to be DEATH himself, and even though at the time Victor hated him, after a long talk he was feeling a lot better.

"Maybe he has some left over," he said to himself. With a shrug, he decided to go next door and find out.

When he got there, he noticed that the door was open, and a pale horse was the only thing in the room. "Um..DEATH?" Victor called, uncertain.

[ooc: sorry it took so long.]

[ooc: LOL! No prob! :)]

Victor looked, and finally noticed DEATH. "Oh, there you are," he said, feeling kind of stupid that he hadn't seen him.

"Um...I need to ask you something, but I don't want anyone talking about it. Can you keep it a secret, please?"

"Well..." he paused, then made himself continue. This was the only way, right? "I was wondering if you had any condoms left?"

"Really?" he asked, taking the tape. "You really use this during...sex?"

"Um...thanks," he said, stuffing the condoms and tape into his pocket. "I'm gonna go...um...back to my room. Thanks a lot for helping."

Macbeth walked into his room after a quick run to the vending machine, and marvelled at the fact that his door was open.
And, of course, at the chill that ran down his spine. And the horse that was standing in said room.
Apparently, his "Room-Mate" was there. This was actually something of a shock, as Macbeth couldn't recall 'seeing' his roomie since his first day at school.
At least this time, he had a vague idea of what to expect.
He waved a little in the direction that he figured DEATH might be.
"Good evening to ye, DEATH."

Yes, it did take some getting used to... but Macbeth figured that if the other students liked DEATH, it was the least he could do to at least give his roomie a chance, right?
He rested a hand on Binky's nuzzling muzzle.
"I'm faring well, actually. I think I may finally be getting used to this school. Yourself??"

"A beret?" ... "A hat?"
Macbeth pondered this for a moment.
"Where would ye be comin across one of those, here?"

[identity profile] sea-incarnadine.livejournal.com 2006-01-15 07:02 am (UTC)(link)
Macbeth thought on this for a moment. Aside from the karaoke trip that he had made with the Brady Bunch a few of the other students, he hadn't been into town.

"Do ye know where this 'Emporium' is, then? We can go and get ye one of these 'berets' that you are in need of."

Macbeth had himself a little bit of a chuckle at that. He wasn't so sure that his own fashion advice could be trusted, but he was willing to tell Death what he figured looked absolutely awful.
- After the state the room was in when he had moved in, he was actually more than willing.

"Sundays, then? I'm sure that it's too late tonight to go and get ye your beret, but tomorrow we can do just that."

Macbeth smiles a somewhat uneasy smile, thankful that the clap on his shoulder is a friendly one. He would not want to be on the bad side of DEATH.
"Aye, that ye shall!"
