Gym, early morning before first period

On his way to the gym, Cameron left Angel a voicemail. He picked up a paid of gloves and headed straight for the punching bag. It shouldn't be hard to figure out who he was beating up.

It's a very, very good idea to get frustration out before going to Driver's Ed. This is Aeryn's excuse even if she doesn't actually know that it's true. Still stuck on her silent kick from yesterday, she doesn't say anything at first.

Cameron at first hadn't even noticed Aeryn, when he turned for a side kick to the bag, he finally did see her. "Yo," he said as the kick connected.

He straightens up and faces Aeryn. "No, just taking a break. I wasn't exactly the one who broke a pen," he reminds her.

Angel showed up at the gym.

He immediately started attacking the heavy bag.

Yes, his ribs were still broken. Yes, he really should not be doing this now.

He was doing it anyway.

Cameron paused in his own bag beating and looked at Angel, taking in the marks on his face. "What happened to you?"

"Nice," Cameron gritted his teeth and tilted his head. "So how buddy buddy are these vampires? You get in a fight with Maniac Squid Vamp and Darla attacks the two Izzies, Janet and Vala."

"Sleeping, she got discharged yesterday but it's going to be hell trying to keep her to sit still." Cameron sighs and turns around to go back to hitting the bag. "She was very lucky."

Angel kept hitting the bag as he talked. Sometimes it helped not needing to breathe. Granted that wasn't doing anything for the ribs, but Angel kept punching as though he didn't care about the ribs right now.

Aeryn's heard the radio. If it wasn't for her having some iota of common sense, she'd be traipsing through a foot of snow with a pulse rifle right now. "Yeah. I'm glad she's okay."
