2nd floor common room, evening

It's probably an act of desperation that Cameron is sitting in the common watching the Super Bowl. It is kinda nice with the surround system, but it's still football which really doesn't compare to basketball. Still, he's got popcorn and chips and he's feeling kinda fuzzy.

Peter wandered down to the second floor and saw the TV on. "Have the commercials started yet?" he asked. "The game, too, I guess."

Cameron waved at Peter. "No, man. You're just in time. They're just getting started."

Rory wandered in, looking marginally improved but still definitely not at her best.

"Okay, boys. Seahawks or Steelers?"

"Excellent," Peter said. He was pretty sure this was Cameron. He was getting better at recognizing them. "Who are you rooting for?"

"Hawks cause they fly," Cameron grinned.

"Yeah, but steel is a metal. And that's just cool," Rory pointed out.

"Hawks, man. Cause they've got wings," he nodded. It was a well informed decision.

"Hey, Rory. I'm going Seahawks," Peter said. "I don't really care one way or the other, but I'm randomly picking Seattle."

"Same here. Because I flipped a coin and it came up tails," Peter said, nodding at his in depth statistical analysis.

"Pfffff," Cameron waved it off. "That's lame."

"Yeah, see, I figure Seattle is the home of Starbucks, and that's reason enough for me to back them," Rory said, flopping onto a couch.

"And hawks have tails," Cameron pointed out.

"Well said," Peter agreed. "Actually, it was an older quarter with the eagle on the back. Eagles are close to hawks."

"We're an all-Seahawks room at the moment then," Peter said. "Yay for a united front!"

"Practically family," Cameron nodded vigorously.

"So we're all fans of the birdies," Rory noted. "I kind of want Steelers fans to come in just so we can argue loudly and vehemently or something."

"Too bad we don't have flags," Cameron pouted.

Cameron snickered. "You can do the arguing for me. I'm all about love and peace and football right now."

Isabel wandered down to the 2nd floor common room wondering if anyone was watching the Superbowl.

Aeryn thinks it's a good idea to actually leave 238 and really really not deal with things, so she heads into the common room to see what's going on. "It's that game again," she says, frowning at the TV.

"Yeah, that guy with the beard reminds me of someone." Cameron frowned and picked up the bowl with popcorn. "Want some?"
