2nd Floor Common Room [Wednesday After Classes]

A very bored and still slightly emo Bridge was sitting crosslegged on the floor in the middle of the common room, staring intently at the concentration aide that Anakin had given him. Every once and a while, the sand kinda... moves... but beyond that, he's not having much success.

Jake wandered into the room, holding an open laptop in one hand and a mug of coffee in the other. He was walking very carefully. "Stupid boyfriend with cleaning fetish."

Callisto wandered into the common room and looked at Bridge. "What are you doing?"

Rory wandered in and studied Bridge.

"I have glitter, if you want to try that," she said helpfully.

"Hey Jake," Bridge tilts his head. "Troubles?"

"Attempting telekinesis," Bridge says absently.

"Krycek wants to clean the room. I was ordered out." Jake pouted. "What are you doing?"

"I think I should master the sand-in-a-box before I move on to things that could potentially cause a mess," Bridge says solemnly.

Cordy joined the "looking strangely at Bridge" party.

"What's goin' on?" she asked.

"Any luck?" Callisto asked as she sat down next to him.

"Failing at telekinesis," Bridge says mournfully. "He *ordered* you out?"

"I'm failing at telekinesis."

"I didn't realize that was something you could just learn," Cordy said.

Rory sprinkled some glitter on Bridge's head.

"Shiny."

"I made a hill," he said, waving his hand vaguely at the box. Sure enough, the sand formed a small hill for a second before collapsing back down.

"Well, more or less. He's a bit nuts about things being clean and shiny. The freak," he added absently, then nodded at Cal and Rory and Cordy.

Bridge shrugs. "It's just like any other skill, really."

Bridge laughs. "Thanks!" He shakes his head, sending glitter falling to the floor.

"Nifty," Callisto said. "More than I could do in any case."

"Hmm. That's really interesting. I imagine it takes a lot of concentration though, hey? And, um, all of us talking to you is probably really not helping."

"Eh, I wasn't having much luck anyway," he shrugs and smiles.

"Pshaw, clean and shiny," Bridge says, waving a hand dismissively.

Rory offered Jake some glitter.

"Go throw it at him. Sparkly!"

"That's what I said!" Jake exclaimed, nodding at Bridge. "But he didn't listen." He looked down at Rory's glitter. "I don't know. Tempting, but he might clean away my coffee. And then I'd be sad."
