First Floor Lobby, Sunday Afternoon

The glue fumes were getting to be a bit much in his room, so Archie is out in the lobby today, craft boards and other model-ship-building paraphernalia on hand. He's retrieved the half-built cutter from the second floor common room and is now cheerfully occupying himself by carving out fake "seams" in the wood where the planking would be joined together.

Next up will be adding masts and sails, and the cutter should be done. He's got a sloop planned next, and eventually hopes to work his way up to building a miniature ship of the line.

And soon he will have an entire fleet with which to take over the duck pond. Or play a rousing game of Battleship.
