Molly finally shifted over so that she could turn and look at him. "This Thursday will be Let's Not Go To Boring Classes Day," she told him with a grin.
"Cute," Cameron grinned and reached out his hand carefully. For some reason, the lemur didn't like that. It screeched, jumped off Molly's shoulder and stole the remote control before jumping up on the highest closet and changing the channel to "The brave and the handsome".
"Awwww," Molly said. "You scared it off." She stood up and went over to where the lemur was sitting. "Come on down, little lemur. I won't let him get you."
Molly turned to look back over her shoulder at him. She gave him a teasing grin. "Awww. Don't let the little lemur hurt your feelings. He probably just needs to get to know you better."
"I'm likable at first sight!" Cameron argued and pointed at the lemur as it jumped off the closet and ran out into the hall, leaving the remote control high up the closet.
Molly turned back just in time to see the lemur take off.
"Oh, shoot. I'm too short to reach." She turned around to look at Cam again. "Cam, will you come get the remote down please?" She gave him her most winning smile.
"I don't know. Depends on what it's worth to you," Cameron smirked. Then caught a snippet of conversation about someone's brother-in-law sleeping with the girlfriend of the wife's great-cousin, who actually turned out to be the brother-in-law's long lost sister who he never knew of because his father ran off with his great-aunt's best friend's niece.
"Yeah, alright," he said, quickly getting up from the couch.
A bit too soon, Cameron stood on his tiptoes and tried to get hold of the remote control. Sadly enough, he was missing a couple of inches and couldn't reach it. "Damn," he huffed as he pulled back and looked around for something. "Come here..."
"The lemur should have cleaned up while he was there," Cameron said as he put Molly back down on the ground. "Can you please pretty please change the channel now?" It looked like the possible sibling were going to kiss and Cam really didn't want to see that.
Molly snickered as she turned down the volume and changed the channel randomly. "You know, Cam. TVs have this cool feature now where they put buttons right on the front of the TV itself. You can change the channel and the volume, you can ever turn the TV on and off without the remote control." She was trying very hard not to laugh.

"What the...?" He turned around to find a lemur sitting behind his back on the couch. He blinked. The lemur blinked.

Molly let the lemur sit on her shoulder and slowly started to pet the long tail that hung down over her shoulder.

The lemur scoffed and turned up the volume, ignoring the people below.

"You need just a couple inches, right? I can just pick you up by you waist then, okay?"

Then she went over to lay down on the couch to continue to watch TV.
