Blair's stretched out on the floor in front of the tv watching The Coven. He's got popcorn, a notebook for any observations he needs to make and his stuffed monkey. Because that movie is scary, yo.

Angela is bored out of her skull, so she is checking all of the common rooms for signs of life.

She finds Blair. "Hey," she greeted him, flopping into a chair. "What are we watching?"

Callisto bounced into the common room. Wearing bright pink clothing. "Hiya Blair!"

"It's the Coven and these three girls are like witch people and this other girl is totally succumbing to peer pressure." Blair grinned and held out the bowl. "Do you want some popcorn?"

"Hey there Callisto!" Blair bounced in greeting. "You seem bouncy!"

"I know!" Callisto beamed. "Isn't it nifty?"

"Totally, man. Although I never really figured you for a nifty girl." Blair paused and shook his head. "Not that you aren't nifty...I just never saw you as someone who would say nifty. Or keen. Or 'how about a spot of tea?'"

"Tea? I like tea," Callisto was practically vibrating. Apparently Care Bear stares made you hyper as well as well as nice. "Especially when it's with scones and cookies."

"I'm not a big fan of scones. I'd rather eat muffins." Blair pushed a bowl of popcorn towards Callisto. "Do you want some popcorn for the movie?"

"That'd be groovy," Callisto grinned. "Thanks Blair!"

"Sure," Angela said, reaching out for the bowl. "Peer pressure sucks."

Blair shuddered a little. "Especially when your peers are crazy possesed witches." He totally didn't clutch his stuffed monkey tighter.

"You're welcome." Blair stared at Callisto for a moment. "Are you okay? This peppy thing isn't a ruse to sneak out of your room while you're under doctor's orders, is it? Because the clothes and the words are good, and the bouncing is really nice...but you should probably pick a different name."

"'Specially then," Angela agreed solemnly.

She gestured to the monkey. "So does your friend have a name? And that is a toy and not, like, a student, right?"

"Nope, not sixk," Callisto shook her head. "Never felt better in fact!"

Blair held up the monkey, that he wasn't clutching at all, and squeezed it. It let out a gurgle and a mechanical I knoooooooow.

"It's a toy. I got it from my secret pal at the beginning of the year and then John and Cam doused it with water one day, which is why it gurgles. I brought it out here for...a pillow. For my head." Blair nodded.

"Hunh," Angela said. "It seems kind of bumpy for a pillow."

No, she's not playing torture-the-freshman. Really.

"Well, good for you! It's always nice to explore new aspects of your personality. What does Angel think?"

"Nah, it's really comfy." Blair laid his head on the monkey and winced, it was sorta bumpy. He shifted and it gurgled at him. He moved again and got the monkey tail stuck in his hair.

Sitting up he looked at Angela seriously. "It's also a head massage device."

"So it's a multi-purpose stuffed animal?" Angela asked. "Very thoughtful."

She took a handful of popcorn. "So how are you? I haven't seen you around much lately, but I've been sort of preoccupied."

Blair yanked the monkey out and sat it carefully in his lap. "Very, very thoughtful gift."

"Pretty good. Molly and I are doing okay after my total loserness of last week and I got a chance to make up everything that I missed in classes. How about you?"

"I haven't seen him, I hope he likes it," Callisto propped her chin up on her hand and sighed. "He's so dreamy."

"Also okay," Angela said. "My birthday was Wednesday, so I'm 17 now. Do I look all old and wise?"

"Happy Birthday Angela!" Blair bounced and grinned. "You totally look wise. Not old though, you're still look young and beautiful."

"I'll take your word on it. I'm not really sure what makes a guy dreamy." Blair's little internal light bulb went off and he grabbed his notebook.

"So what about Angel makes him dreamy? Is it his looks or a personality thing?"
