Ivanova had a bag of boiled sweets, fuzzy slippers, and Kill It Before It Dies. She kicked back and lounged on one of the sofas, ready for some black-and-white goodness. And, of course, Billy.

Hearing the noise of TV, Pip poked his head in. "Whatcha watching?"

"I was just about to ask the same thin."

"A cheezy old horror flick called 'Kill It Before It Dies'," Ivanova replied, waving a hand at the television. "It's campy, but the hero's pretty cute. Come, join me, I have candy."

"Candy is good." Pippi said flopping down onto the couch.

Ivanova flicked her a boiled sweet. What flavour it was was anyone's guess. "I like the hair," she said, pursing her lips appreciatively.

"Thanks, I made it myself!" Pippi unwrapped the boiled sweet.

Tasted like... a boat...

Good thing Pippi got it.

Maia was bored after classes ended for the day, wandering around the dorms she spied Pip, Ivanova and Pippi. "Hey guys." She said with a smile. "What are we watching?" she glanced at the t.v.

"'Kill It Before It Dies'," Ivanova explained, a grin spreading across her face at the sight of her. "Come and join us. I'll give you candy."

Maia returned the smile and sat on a chair next to Ivanova. "Thanks." She said as she put a piece of candy in her mouth. "Mmm sherbert." She smiled again and sat back in the chair.

Ivanova grinned back at her, then pointed at the screen. "Look, you can see the boom in this shot," she pointed out. "Over the chick's head."

Maia tilted her head and looked at it giggling. "What is that?" She asked as she saw it appear.

"It's the big microphone," Ivanova explained. "It on a big stick that hangs right over the camera, and in low quality stuff you can sometimes see it, or it's shadow." She snickered. "It's just kind of funny, really."

Maia giggled as she looked at it. "It's like a black blob coming down on top of them. I like this movie." She laughed. "Do you see other stuff on these?"

Ivanova shrugged. "You can. Obvious zippers on the monsters, continuity errors between scenes, mistakes that the editors accidentally left in, like people banging their heads on doorframes and stuff.'

Maia giggled at the people banging their heads. "Amazing." She said to herself more then anyone else around her. Picking up another piece of candy expecting Sherbert she got a mouth full of pickle flavor. "Ugh, oh my god." She looked for a napkin to spit it into. "What is that?" She licked her lips and made a face.

Ivanova schadenfreuded at her reaction, grinned as she tossed her another peice. "I wouldn't know. Wonka gives me candy, I eat the candy, I hope I wake up with all my bits intact and the proper colour."

Having not wandered into the common room in some time, Alphonse decided to get out of his room for once for invasion instead of the mun doing homework. Noticing the room actually had activity going on in it, he gave everyone a wave.

"Think fast!" Ivanova called, lobbing three boiled sweets at him in rapid succession. "Hey, Al!"

Maia wiped her tongue off and shuddered. "Ugh. I can imagine I used to work there but I don't recall pickle flavored boiled sweets." She shuddered again and put in another piece. Coconut, now that she could live with. Maia laughed at herself in spite of the nasty taste still lingering in her mouth.

Maia smiled and waved to him. "Hello."
