Three-Toed Sloth campfire - Sunday evening

After cheerleading tryouts, Marie headed back to her cabin, took a shower and decided to enjoy the nice weather by sitting out near the campfire. She arranged some wood in the fire pit, but didn't light it since the sun was still setting and it was still pretty warm.

She had made a *handwavy* shopping trip into town and picked up a camp cooker and a bunch of *handwavy* fixings for camper pies. There was also a small cooler with sodas and ice.

It was peaceful being outside, watching the sun set. But Marie would definitely enjoy company and she wasn't expecting to see Willow until really late again. She had never met anyone that loved books as much as her roommate/cabin-mate.



[open to all! And for those that don't know - a camper pie is when you stick two pieces of bread in a camp cooker and fill it with whatever you want - you can use *anything* - pie filling, meat, seriously anything.]

Leaving Crookshanks inside the Three Toed Sloth cabin because she doesn't want to chase after him when woodland creatures catch his eye, Hermione wanders outside where the people are. "Hello," she greets them.

"Good. We had cheerleading tryouts today. It was fun! How come you didn't try out?" Marie asked.

Marie waved. "Hi, Hermione! How are you this evening?"

"Because I don't want to be a cheerleader?" Bel said.

"Guess I'm more used to wearin' a mechanic's uniform," Kaylee said with a laugh.

"But you're so perky," Marie teased. "Plus I bet you'd look cute in those tight little shorts. Phoebe would probably like it."

"Well you have to come and watch us when we cheer then," Marie said.

"I'm good," she smiles back. "I finished my book and couldn't stay inside all day. Thought I would actually see the campfire."

"Oh definitely," Kaylee agreed. "I bet that'd be fun."

"Hey Hermione!" Kaylee greeted cheerfully.

"Campfires are fun," Marie says. "I figured we'd light it after the sun sets completely. And then we can make camper pies!"

"I hope so," Marie said. "I think they got enough players for the basketball team, so that'll give us something to cheer for."

Hermione smiles back at her. "Hi, Kaylee. How are you?"

"I don't know what that is," she admits.

Marie giggled. "Well you should join the basketball team then so we can cheer for you."

"Oh, they're good!" Marie exclaims. "You put two pieces of bread in this," she indicates the camp cooker, "and then fill it with whatever you want. I got a bunch of stuff," she points to the *handwavy* spread of filling choices. "Then you stick this in the fire and let it cook for a few minutes."

"Definitely," Marie agreed. "So what's new and exciting with you? Did you have fun in Applied Dadaism on Friday?"
