Outside Puffin, Late Afternoon

Ranma is sitting outside Puffin on the side of the door with a notebook in his hands. He looks mad and isn't exactly looking approachable. He'd probably snap at anyone who attempted to talk to him. He's waiting for a certain Puffin resident to return something to them. He doesn't mind waiting all day if he has to. He's pissed and determined.
