[Around the dorms, Saturday late night]
Alec wasn't happy about it, but he got dragged along with the Crazy Winchester Brothers (and Dawn) in order to salt all the doors and windows they could find.
Because salt would keep out the heartstealing things. Right.
So, come morning, there was a line of salt in front of every entrance/exit, every window they could conceivably find, and in front of every dorm room and public bathroom door.
Even if it worked, Alec still thought it was pretty dumb. I mean, really, salt? Whatever.
