[The Gym, Cheerleading Practice, Wednesday After Workshops]

Realizing there hadn't been a scheduled practice in a while, and that there was a basketball match coming up... sometime, Alec decided to live up to his co-captain title and hold one.

So he was in the gym after workshops, putting out the mats and playing what sounded like a CD of all your favorite 80s songs, dance-remixed nearly beyond recognition.

Phoebe stretched out all of her muscles and did a few kicks. When she thought she was sufficiently stretched out, she added a few cartwheels and backflips to her warm up.

Alec stretched out, not looking the least bit guilty for not holding a proper practice in who knew how long. Hey, if Buffy was going to skip off to Tahiti without warning, that was hardly his fault.

Demyx took the time to stretch, flexibility being a pretty important thing with his thoughts on what to practice today. It wouldn't do to, you know, pull a muscle or break something.

When he felt he'd stretched out enough, he claimed one of the mats for practicing some flips and other gymnastics.

Phoebe laughed. "I think I need a vacation from my vacation," she said. "But yeah, the days I was able to go, there weren't any official practices, so I've been working out on my own."
