Jamie has coffee brewed, donuts and pastries from J'GOB on the counter for anyone who is interested.

Jamie however is glued to his beat up laptop and is typing like a crazy person. The fact that he has a book on screenwriting next to him should be a warning to anyone who enters.

"Good morning Jamie!" Pippi said flouncing into the common room.

She looked out the window at the snow (http://bugofjustice.livejournal.com/47669.html).

She was torn between delight and consern that they were going to have to fight more murderous snow creatures.

Nadia was in one of those moods again after talking to the Doctor after her workshop. Seeing snow outside in July? Wasn't actually helping.

So she had her laptop out as well and was looking for a good place to work on her adventure story.

"Morning Pippi," Jamie said continuing to type like a madman. "Happy Festivus!"

"Morning Roomie," Jamie said looking up briefly from his laptop. "Happy Festivus and all that."

"And you as well." Pippi said. "Whatcha wrightin?"

"Screenplay for my workshop," Jamie said eagerly. "I've decided to make a full fledged movie."

Cally wandered in and plopped down on a couch.

"Hello floor that is now mine."

"Aliens, mad scientists and lots of explosions," Jamie said continuing to type."

"Morning Cally," Jamie said with a wave. "Happy Festivus."

"Are you going to do everything yourself or do you need other people to help?" she asked.

"Cally! You moved up here?"

"Don't know yet. I haven't decided quite yet," Jamie replied. "I've just been working on the script so far."

"Cool." Pippi said peeking over his shoulder at the screen.

"I've never heard of 'Festivus' before. What the hell is it?"

"Yay!" Pippi said. "You're next to Mr. Neilson and Old Man! They're in five-oh-six!"

"That explains it," Cally said with a chuckle.

Jamie closes the laptop screen quickly. "Oh no! You're not going to get a peek at the script! Next thing you know there's spoilers all over the internet and no one will want to see it."

"Oh dear, Mr. Neilson isn't keeping you up with crazy, late night, monkey parties is he?"

"I think it's something like Christmas in July but without the religious theme."

"Festivus. It's the thing that's going on this afternoon. I think it's supposed to be like a Christmas in July," Jamie explained.

"I would never do that." she said agast. "And besides, I'd want to see it spoilers or no."

"Well no peeking," Jamie said partially mollified. "I want it to be a surprise."
