Bel was lounging in the common room, watching TV, killing time until "Spooky Things" was on.

He hoped it would be a pretty distraction from his current woes.

Cameron still hadn't managed to track Bel down what with all the Halloween craziness. He was just on his way to go talk to him when he heard the noise from the common room and stuck his head in. "Just the man I was looking for," he commented.

Bel looked up at Cameron. "Let me guess," he said with a grin. "You want to visit a certain perky blonde."

Cameron had the decency to look a little bit ashamed. "Uh yeah, sort of. There will be baked goods," he added quickly.

Pip stretched as he went into the room. "Does break make you feel sluggish as hell as it does me?"

"I'm gonna have to start watching my waistline at this rate," Bel said. "So when do you wanna go?"

"Yeah, I forget what day it is sometimes," Bel said.

Pip blinked a few times. "Wednesday, right?"

"Tomorrow at two-thirty?" Cameron grinned and bounced on the balls of his feet. "You can always come running with me in the morning if you're that worried."

Bel pointed at the TV. "Spooky Things is on, so it must be Thursday."

"Might have to take you up on that," Bel said, patting his stomach. "Two-thirty should be fine, I don't have any plans for tomorrow yet."

"Thanks, man. Sorry it's so short notice. I was supposed to ask you earlier, but I got busy and there was candy to get," he explained, plopping down in an armchair.

"Yeah, I was, uh, busy, too," Bel said vaguely. "So how long you staying out there?"

"Probably until Monday morning unless she gets sick of me sooner," he replied, giving Bel a curious look.

Bel grinned slyly. "Sounds like a good time," he said.

"...I think I just slept through an entire day."

"I hope so," Cameron said with a quick smile, but he still was a little worried about Veronica. "So what you've been busy with? Anything interesting?"

"Happens when you don't have to wake up for classes," Bel said. "Nice feeling, huh?"

"Yeah. Although it kind of feels like I've traveled through time."

"Phoebe's been sick," Bel lied. Well, not completely lied. "Been nursing her back to health, doing the dutiful boyfriend thing."

"Perfect frame of mind to be in for 'Spooky Things,'" Bel snickered.

Cameron grimaced. "Sorry to hear. I hope she gets better soon. She did go see a doctor, right?"

"She keeps saying that she's feeling better, but I think I'll drag her there tomorrow," Bel said. "She's stubborn."

"I think girls being stubborn is another Fandom law," Cameron remarked. "At least she's got someone watching out for her."

"What's it about?" Pip asked. "Title sounds kind of dumb."

"I think she learned from Veronica," Bel snickered. "That one's gonna give you grey hairs."
