The lack of privacy thanks to the gaining of respective roommates lead Setsuna and Ranma outside on a leisurely stroll outside. They walked quietly for a bit until they found a comfortable pace, and Setsuna lightly took his hand, giving him a shy smile. //"So..."//

Setsuna shook her head lightly. //"Nothing in particular, no,"// she said. //"I just wanted to talk with you. It feels like we haven't spent a lot of time together lately, that's all."//

//It's my fault really... I mean I get all caught up with bein' all ta myself an' everythin'. 'm sorry if it ever seems like 'm ignorin' ya...// He squeezes her hand softly.

Setsuna squeezed back. //"I'll bet you'll not be having much time at all to yourself with the twins,"// she said with a small smile, but then gave his arm a slightly tug. //"But talk to me. Not about that, but about...something. I don't know...your day. How were your classes today?"//

//Well I had this weird drivin' class with Jude an' Chad in it.. that's a bit strange...//

Setsuna seemed to pale a little. //"Jude and Chad?"// she asked. //"That...would be awkward. But, hey...at least Teddy wasn't in there, too, to make it even worse..."//

She shook her head lightly. In a way, she had to give them some sort of credit for being able to handle all that drama so well.

Setsuna frowned a little, tilting her head slightly. She could admire the boys for how well they seemed to take everything in stride, but acting like there was nothing wrong with it was a little too in stride for Ranma. //"Well, because of...you know, the...thing...between Chad and Jude and Teddy..."//

Setsuna blinks at Ranma, stopping in their walking. Could it be possible that Ranma didn't actually know about it?

//"You know...the thing...where Chad is...um..."// She frowned. This was...kind of awkward to explain. //"Chad's dating both of them right now."//

//He's WHAT?!// Ranma's face at this moment isn't actually one I'd ever want to see. //That's completely AWFUL! I can't even..!// He's really really not good with words, more so when he's upset.

...Okay, yeah. Setsuna took that as good evidence that Ranma...did not know. She winced.

//"It's not...completely awful,"// she said, almost defensively; she was definately defending Jude in the situation, though, and Teddy. She couldn't care less about Chad. //"I mean, I've talked to both Jude and Teddy about it. They...seem...oddly okay with it. To an extent..."//

//They shouldn't be okay with it. It's jus' bein' completely indescisive! What would it mean ta you I was datin' someone else at the same time as ya? It would mean I don't care enough about either person enough to even make a descision!//

Setsuna drew into herself a little, lowering her head, just thinking about how long it had taken her to make an ultimate descision between Ranma and Jude.

//"...Sometimes,"// she said quietly, realizing that a lot of what Ranma was saying could reflect on her... //"it's hard to choose between two people, you know."//

//Even so, it's not fair to just leave both people hangin' like that. At least choose one. Teddy an' Jude both deserve way better than ta be treated like that.//

Setsuna was quiet for a moment longer. She agreed with Ranma, of course, but she also talked to them about it and it seemed to her that neithe rof them really wanted to make a choice in the matter either. She regretted bringing it up; she and Ranma had been having a really nice moment there and now it was gone...

The expression on his face made Setsuna squeeze Ranma's hand tightly. //"Neither do I,"// she admitted, and slowly shook her head.

He doesn't even look around before he hugs her. //I love you...//

Ranma sure had a habit of pulling this sort of thing on her when Setsuna least expected it. She jumped a little, surprised to find herself suddenly hugged, but then relaxed and wrapped her arms around him, embracing him back. She smiled lightly as that moment came back after all. //"Love you, too, Ranma."// She tilted her head against his shoulder.

He lets out a happy sigh. //Sorry for soundin' like I was mad at ya or somethin'... I was just surprised.//

//"S'okay,"// Setsuna said. //"I actually thought you knew, so I was just surprised myself that you didn't."//

Setsuna grunted a little, but she grinned. //"Am not."//

They could probably argue this all night. Setsuna figured she'd better put an end to it now. With a kiss.

Not that easily, he won't. After a very long, lingering kiss, Setsuna pulled back slightly. //"Am not."// And then kissed him again before he could answer.

Damn it. Oh well. The kissing is way better than winning the arguement.
