Abominable Snowman Campfire - Monday morning after 2nd period

Prue was definitely looking to relax a little after her class today. She had forgotten how horrible dealing with stupid people could be. She had a coffee from the Perk sitting next to her and she had a book open in her lap. She'd welcome any interruptions though.

After class, Hermione figured she should check up on Prue, which is why she's wandering down to the campfire. "Hi," she greets her.

Prue put down her book and smiled at Hermione. "Hey! How are you?"

"I'm good, thanks," she says, smiling. "How was your first week?"

"Pretty good. The classes are not what I was expecting at all. Nice change from my old school." said Prue. "And the look on my sister's face when I showed up in her workshop on Thursday was priceless."

Hermione grins and says, "You're just keeping her on her toes, I'm sure. And the classes aren't exactly standard, but they're surprisingly useful here."

"Learning how to deal with stupid people is definitely useful." said Prue. "I just hope I'm not a lost cause. I have little patience with some people."

"Some of them need to be hung up on. Consistently," she says. Not that Hermione sometimes has a problem with stupid people herself. "I think you can only be so patient sometimes."

"At least you can hang up on the ones on the phone. It's in person that gets me in trouble." she said. "It's hard to control the eye roll sometimes."

"I'm not so good at that myself," she admits. "But if people would act like people to begin with, it wouldn't be necessary!"

"Yes! Exactly!" she says. "I don't know what is going through people's minds sometimes."

Prue laughed. "Luckily this town doesn't seem to have too many stupid people. A lot of crazy people, which I don't think is as bad."

"No, you're right," she says. "And sometimes smart people do stupid things, but they learn from it, at least. Hopefully."

Naminé stepped outside the cabin, holding a book of her own in place of her usual sketchpad.

She smiled at the other girl tentatively. "Good morning. What are you reading?"
