Fifth Floor Common Room, Wednesday Afternoon

John was lounging on the sofa in the common room, bowl of popcorn on his lap, watching the Good Eats Breakfast Week marathon.  He had nothing better going on and Alton Brown made cooking absolutely fascinating.  "Ooh! So that's how the donut gets its hole..." he muttered, eyes transfixed by the screen.

The only problem with this activity was that it was making John hungry for breakfast foods.
