Troy stood in the gym, A.J. yipping and jumping around his feet. "Hey, everyone," he said, "this is it! Our last week. Thankfully, everyone's been really good at bringing this together, everything's coming along great for our show on Saturday. I have no worries at all that we're going to do fine!

"Unfortunately," he continued, "A.J. is currently, well..." He looked down at the puppy. "A.J. is currently a puppy. So I guess we'll have to go ahead and work on this without him until he's better!"

[OOC: ... So, I totally didn't forget all day that I had to post this. Am around a little longer, but I have to go out later to pick up someone from the airport, so feel free to SP if you need to.]

"We've got a few things to take care of first, and then we'll ~~handwavily~~ run through the show a couple of times. Don't worry, I know this is going to be great!"

"So, the tech people have requested that the actors take care of their own costumes. Pair up and discuss what you think your character would wear, and what you'd have yourself that could work -- or what you could share with other cast members."

He's totally not playing with the puppy just as much as he's watching the run-through.

I almost feel like I'm panicking more for this show than the last show I directed in 'real life'. I'm not quite sure what that says about me.

Tori was spot on with her lines. She'd been practicing with just about every chance she had.

Tori was totally fine with making up a costume for herself. She looked around for someone to partner with, thinking about what Maria might wear.

Adam thought the tests with the bags and the wires had gone well last time. So they were good with that. He wondered how the lighting and sound effects were going.

Andrew Wells, Draco

Andrew ran up to Tori, "So are you thinking something modern or are we going to do, like, a period thing with the costumes?" He eyes were wide with excitement.

Tori grinned. "I honestly wasn't sure yet. But I like either option," she admitted. "Maybe a sort of a mix between the two?"

"Hmm," Andrew thought it over for a moment. "I think that would be a good approach. Maybe something with that traditional court royalty feel, but shiny -- oh, or with flashing lights!" He really liked that idea.

"How about hats?" He looked at himself, "I'm going to need all the help I can get with the whole 'stage presence' thing."

"Shiny could work," Tori agreed. She wasn't so sure about the flashing lights, though.

"A hat might be good for your character," she admitted, thinking he might look good with one. "I was thinking Maria might wear something blue? Or at least with a bit of blue in it."

Naomi continued going over the lighting from last week.
