5th floor common room, Thursday morning: Spirit Cookies!

This was the week of Cheer camp, and that involved cookies. River wasn't quite sure why cheering and cookies seemed to go so well together, but she wasn't going to object in any way. Definitely not. She had signed up for arranging the Thursday morning cookie baking, so here she was, arranging ingredients on the worktop, waiting for other cheerleaders to show up and help with the baking.

[Wait for OCD! OCD are up! Cheerleaders, please help bake cookies! Non-cheerleaders, please help eat them!]

River looked up and smiled at him. "Means you now have an opportunity to express your creativity through cookie baking. And you always have to test them."

"Creative baking, can do," John replied. "Thinking of some more tuna cookies or are we sticking to various chocolates and nuts?"

River picked a jar of mango chutney. "More neutral than tuna. Will appeal to a wider taste. What do you want to add?"

Molly bounced into the room, ready to start baking cookies. "River!" she called excitedly.

She was just a bit excited about being back in Fandom.

"Good plan," John congratulated Seely quietly before popping some dough in his own mouth.

River grinned at him. "Sampling won't improve the end product relative to the amount consumed," she said.

It was clear from the look on River's face that she approved of his choice. Adding the chutney to the bowl, she then pushed it towards John.

River picked up the flour bag and began to pour it into the bowl. She didn't measure; this was a composition based on intuition. "Just go with the flow," she adviced John.
