Aly was totally going to claim spy stuff if someone ask why she was up at the school on a Saturday. Still, the results were good.

"Be in charge?" she asked, amused behind Josh. "Is that what we call playing to one's audience?"

"You've met these kids, right?" Josh replied, leaning in for a quick kiss. "I only left off the 'mwahahaha' because I'm hoping to discourage the evil geniuses."

"You joke," she teased, kissing him back. "But I want to see a Homecoming dance planned by the evil geniuses now."

"You say that now, but when we're all hypnotized and pledging our souls to the giant alien cheesecake robot they've created, I'll be coming for you."

Aly shook her head sadly. "Silly man. Nothing made out of cheesecake can possibly be evil."

Josh grinned. "Excellent point. That's totally how they'll sucker us."

"Eh, nothing wrong with owing your soul to a cheesecake robot," Aly said. "I'm for it. Or! We could take control of the robot and use it to our advantages."

"Oooooh, even better," Josh said, eyes lighting up. "They do all the legwork, we take the credit. Love it."

"So we're for the recruiting of evil geniuses then," Aly teased.

"Only the ones that are still controllable," Josh said. "Perhaps a clearing process of some kind?"

Aly thought for a moment. "We could just rely on our combined forces to keep them under control. But then...evil geniuses, that might not work so well."

Josh looked thoughtful. "This is where someone suggests the mind-control laser, right?"

"I'm thinking if we bring a mind control laser into play then we're going to end up being on the evil geniuses side," she pointed out.

"It's just the price we'll pay for being the masters of cheesecake," Josh declared.

"With statements like that, you're half way to evil genius yourself," Aly teased.

She snorted. "And now we know why you are in government."

"You're a brilliant spy," Josh said, tweaking her nose. "I'm sure you put it together before now."

"You do flatter well," Aly teased, flapping her hand at him. "I don't like to take away your opportunities to do so."

"You're a brilliant politician," she mimicked, leaning up to kiss him. "I'm sure you've put that together before now."

"Of course I have," Josh said, holding her closer. "I just didn't want to spoil your fun."
