Gym - Wednesday Afternoon

Look at that, Meg made it to the gym again. She was surprised how easily she got back into the swing of working out every day. She had stretched and done some of the warm ups she learned in cheerleading before going up to the punching bag. She was getting better at the whole punching thing, thanks to Cassandra. Meg even threw a few badass kicks in there.

She might have cut more of an imposing figure if she hadn't been singing loudly to the songs on her ipod. At least she could sing well.

[It's a gym, so open]

Adam had been meaning to get to the gym and thought today was a good day for that.

Entering the gym, he hadn't expected anyone to be in there. Setting his bottle of water and towel down on the mat, he smiled and watched Meg for a few moments.

"Hey," Adam hadn't meant to stare. "Uh, sorry," he blushed slightly, leaning down to grab his water bottle. "Looked like you were doing a number on the punching bag."

"You were looking good to me," Adam admitted, shrugging. "Yeah, it seems like everywhere you turn, there's another person with an amazing ability," he chuckled.

"You're welcome," Adam nodded. "Oh cool. It always good to know something," he agreed. "Just knowing basic techniques can help a lot."

Billy came in for a workout, and waved to Meg. "Hey, how's it going? Nice form."

"It really does help," Adam smiled reassuringly. He should know, really. "I hope it stays that way. But if you are ever attacked, try to stay calm. It really helps. Trust me."
