Gym, Tuesday evening [10/23]

Hoshi had been hiding in her room all weekend because everything seemed so crowded with all the parents around. She was finally starting to feel restless and decided to head to the gym. Back home in Kyoto, she had worked a little bit with an aikido master until her parents cut off her martial arts lessons, and she was a bit rusty on some of the basic moves. After all the weirdness of last week, Hoshi realized that being able to defend herself might be essential in this place.
