Gym: Flag Football Practice, Sunday Noon

Once the majority of the players had arrived in the gym, John explained that they'd be doing touchbacks today. "Here's how it works: you run to the closest line, touch it, run back, run to the line beyond the closest line, touch it, run back, and repeat." He may have expected some groans but wasn't about to pay attention, as he had other things on his mind.

"But before you start, I want everybody to drop and give me twenty," he said, completely serious. "Upper body strength is important and we've been slacking. Let's get to it," he clapped his hands together once and gestured for everyone to get started.
