First floor lobby: Friday afternoon

Sometime in the afternoon, a large tree was delivered to the first floor lobby. It was tall enough to brush the ceiling and, accordingly, there were a great number of moddable decorations delivered along with it.

There was a table set up along one wall with warm spiced cider (non-alcoholic) and plates of Christmas cookies, and a ladder leaned next to it, to help with getting those decorations right up the top.

In short, there was everything one would need to turn a pine tree into a Christmas tree!

Anyone who looked closely at the tree might notice an occasional rustling of branches or shivering of needles, which was very odd, given it was indoors with a complete lack of wind.

[ooc: Post open to all for decorating the tree. Posters were handwavily put up about town and school, letting people know. Mod your decorations and your cookies and have fun! There's *gasp* NO OCD.]

On her way back from work, River stopped by the Christmas tree and hung the wing from a dead bird on a branch. She had found it on the way home, and while something seemed to have eaten the rest of the bird, the wing was still surprisingly intact.

After seeing Karal streaking in town, Johnny came back and decided to hang orange crystal flames on the tree.

What? He found them, bought them, and now they're all shiny and pretty hanging from a tree branch.

After seeing Jamies and Jamies and Jamies, Oh my! (and some other streaking peoples) Jack decided to decorate the tree with paper snowflake cutouts. Just...fold the paper like this and like this, and... cut.

He had a lot of paper, if anyone wanted to join.
