The Range - Girls With Guns [Thursday, 5pm]

Triela was grinning when she arrived early at the range. Last week had been pretty fun, really, and she was looking forward to this one too. She made sure the range rules were posted and started setting out her weapons.

Then she set out a few gun cleaning kits. Some people were new, and they didn't know about this part yet. Also, she could totally get her guns cleaned and have other people do all the work.

That's the stuff that happens here. You can borrow one of Triela's guns if you like. But not the M97. That's her baby.

So grab a gun, your own or someone else's, and shoot some things.

And they say that my internet is fixed and will not randomly shut down for twelve hours today. We'll see if they're lying or not.

Kerrigan was here. With her C-10, even. Just watching, with a slight smirk on her face.

Yamanaka Ino

Ino had already been playing with guns today thanks to visiting Cable-san that morning. She grinned at Triela. "Can I use the same one I used last time?"

"Afternoon, Lieutenant," Triela bounced over with a grin. "Are you joining us today?" Or could she borrow your gun?

"Sure," Triela grinned and held out the pistol, some magazines, and a box of ammunition. "You just ask if you need anything. And when you're done I'll teach you how to clean it."

Triela didn't lend anyone her M97, but she was standing gleefully at the firing line with an open box of 12-gauge slugs in front of her sending them downrange.

Despite being over 75 years old, the gun was in absolutely perfect condition. She loved the thing too much to let it be in anything but.

She took the items and nodded. "I had training this morning too," Ino said brightly, "it's a very gun-filled day for me."

"Then it's a good day," Triela laughed.

Sokka

Sokka waved at Triela. "I need to borrow a gun again?"

"Is that a question?" she teased.

Dōjima Yurika

"I think?"

Sokka coughed and gave an overexaggerated respectful bow. "Might I please borrow a gun?"

"Of course," Triela giggled in amusement. "You have a request, or should I just pick one at random?"

Sokka bounced excitedly. "The one I had last --" He stopped and thought. "No, no, you know what? Pick one randomly. Let's broaden my experience."

"Something new it is then, though I have to admit that I love the MP7 too," she nodded as she turned to look over her gear. She leaned down and picked up a fairly large case.

"Let's try this. Something of a classic." Triela snapped open the case to reveal a fairly large rifle. "Heckler and Koch G3A3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heckler_%26_Koch_G3) battle rifle. Way different from the MP7. This thing kicks, and kicks hard. Of course it's also accurate out to 500 meters or so and if you hit something that something is not getting back up."

There goes Sokka, drooling again. "Ooooooh..."

Reno

Reno was only slightly sheepish when he showed up for the club, gun-free for the second week in a row.

MercCon had been a little busier than he had anticipated. Oops?

"Didn't manage to pick one up this week. Any chance I can borrow another?"
