Chad, flat on his stomach on the floor of the gym, was still for a moment. If they were practising outside, it would have just been enough time for the dust to settle around him. And then, his arm shot up triumphantly into the air, his hand holding aloft the football that he did, indeed, manage to save.

And then it dropped from his hand, bounced on the floor a few times before rolling away, and Chad decided that he was just going to lay there for a second. Laying was good.
