Self-Defense Club, the Gym, Monday afternoon
Hoshi waited until everyone got to the gym before she began speaking. "Before we get to actual fighting, I wanted to cover some basics first. There's not a lot of time to think when something attacks you, so it helps to have a plan worked out in advance," she said. "Today, we're going to identify some common areas where people might run into trouble, like the abandoned warehouse district, and how you can be prepared if something attacks you there."

OOC
FYI, if someone wants to volunteer to post the Self-Defense Club in a couple weeks when I'm out of town (November 10), let me know!

"...not when I'm alone," Viki ventured. "Sometimes, if I have to fight
so the party can gain levelsI'll teleport knives in to drop on their heads while other people work on attacking them too."Re: What's your plan?

Considering the attacker to not be a vampire worked better. "I don't think screaming for help counts as a plan," Tony said. That approach had failed him more than once. He hunched his shoulders and shoved his hands in his pockets, trying not to think about the past. "What if no one's around? Or no one cares?"

"My Plan A is not getting attacked," Tony said. "Staying where it's light and where there's people, to start. And trying not to draw attention to myself or look like a target."
