Third Floor Common Room, Sunday morning

After a very exciting Saturday, Dinah had collapsed early and slept well, and now she was up and ready to do things again! First, breakfast and cartoons, though.

It's mostly what she could find in the lower shelves, so granola bars and marshmallows are the same as cereal and very yummy when eaten while watching meta for Dora the Explorer.

Lion-o wandered down to the common room, tightly clutching his teddy bear. "I'm hungry!" he announced.

Dinah looked up from her marshmallows and granola bars, and pointed toward the counter. "There's marshmallows! And some popcorn I didn't eat yet."

Momoko was all done sleeping again and was trying to carry a jar of jelly into the Common Room without dropping it. Cause she was big and 'sponsible.

"I gots jelly! For breakfes cause toast needs jelly and Turtle's store is the bestest for shopping and you gots to go there! Hi!"

"Marshmallows are yummy!" said Lion-o, heading toward the counter. "My nanny is still sleeping. He's being lazy."

Actually, Snarf had fainted when he realized that yesterday wasn't just a bad dream and Lion-o really was weetiny.

"Hi hi hi!" Dinah said, waving cheerfully. "Do you gots toast? Or are you gonna put it on cookies?"

"You have a nanny?" Dinah asked, amazed. "Really? For reals? And your nanny's a boy?"

"Uh huh," said Lion-o, digging into the bag of marshmallows. "What are you watching?"

Momoko stopped and stared, letting the jar slip just a bit closer to the poor, poor rug. "Now we gots no toast?! How can there be breakfes with ceril and toast and jelly and no toast?"

"I don't know anybody who gots a nanny," Dinah said, still thinking about this. "It's Meta Dora the Explorer! She's looking for her monkey!"

Momoko smiled. "Hi Lion-o! Hi Hi Hi! I gots jelly for breakfes so you gots to go to Turtle's store cause it's the bestest okay?"

"I dunno," Dinah said, eyes wide and blinking. She's found the marshmallows and stopped, happy with her finding. "I didn't look! Maybe there's toast! What kinda jelly you have?"

"My daddy is a very busy person, so I has a nanny to take care of me," said Lion-o. There was no mention of his mother. Lion-o would probably start crying if he remembered what happened to her.

He looked warily at the TV. "How'd she lose her monkey?"

"Hi Momoko! I have marshmallows!" said Lion-o, proudly holding up his bag. "But I'll go see Turtle too. Maybe she'll give me a Squishy for breakfast!"

"They got sep'rated, 'cause there were cro-o-diles in the river! But they're gonna meet up at the island, and she has a map and what does your Daddy do? Does he take you to the circus? I don't have one," Dinah said matter-of-factly. "'Cept maybe Chuck will marry Mommy then I can have one."

"Oooh! Squishies is good but not for breakfes. You needs milk and ceril for breakfes so can gets big! That's why I'm almost four!" She noticed his bear and gave a small bounce. "Ah! You has a bear too! I has Mr Bear and Triela has a bear only hers is pink and his name is Mister Bear too but he doesn't steal the covers like Mr Bear does! What's your bear's name?"

"My daddy is lord of the Thundercats! I've never been to the circus, but my daddy takes me to council meetings 'cause it's important," said Lion-o, nodding. "Is Chuck really going to marry your mommy? Can I come to the wedding?"

"His name is Osbert!" said Lion-o. "I like milk. Do you think there's milk in there?" he asked, pointing at the refrigerator.

Momoko lifted the jar a bit so Dinah could see the big red berry on the label. "I gots stawberry, cause it's red and that's close to pink so it's okay sometimes even though pink's the bestest." She set the jelly on the floor by the counter and bounced to a spot near Dinah. "What's on tv?"

"There was yesserday but Warren had to get it for me cause I'm not 'llowed to carry the milk anymore even though I'm big now but I can pour it on my ceril by myself if someone tells me when to stop cause I forget." Momoko bent closer to Osbert and grinned. "Hi Mr Osbert! I'm Momoko! It's very nice to meet you cause you're a very pretty bear even if you're not pink!"

"Of course he's not pink. Everyone knows bears are brown," said Lion-o. "Snarf could probably get the milk, but he won't wake up. He's laaaaazy."

Actually, Snarf was out cold. Finding a weetiny Lion-o had been quite a shock.

"Uh-hunh!" Dinah nodded hard, answering the second question more than the first, but hey, in her head, it could happen! "Everybody can come! And is your daddy a tarkaaaaan? Tark-feena-girl's daddy is a lord too. And you've never been to the circus? Tell your daddy to take you there!"

Momoko frowned. "Pink's a good colour and bears can be pink if they want to cause Mister Bear is and he's a good bear! Triela says so and since he's pink he's gotta be good cause pink is the bestest even though Mr Bear is brown. But he could be pink if he wanted." She stuck out her tongue.

"Oooooooo nummy! Strawberry's my favorite that's not choc'late," Dinah said, then pointed at the screen. "She lost her monkey! They're in the forest and she has to go find him. Hola, hombre!" she parroted the words on screen. "Cuidado!"

"No, my dad's a Thundercat, not a tarkaaaaaan," said Lion-o. "I've never seen the circus visit my planet, but I'll tell my dad to take me if they ever do."

"I like chocolate too, but not with toast! That's just silly! Ooh, can I has a moshmellow? How come she talks like that sometimes?"
