Well, Zayne said that he was going to make up for the junk food yesterday with some lightsaber training today. Zayne hated to break promises, especially ones he made to himself, so here he was. In addition to going over the basics - which he still wasn't very good with - he was throwing in some of the more acrobatic moves Master Lucien had showed him before.

An important thing to note there. Master Lucien only showed Zayne those moves. He hadn't actually taught Zayne the proper steps to do them because Zayne had yet to master the basics. And that's why Zayne found himself tripping and stumbling every now and then as he tried to remember what exactly Lucien did.

The important thing is that he didn't accidentally chop anything off of himself with the lightsaber while he was doing this.
