All Common Rooms, Tuesday

In each of the common rooms there was now a basket full of muffins.

The muffins were chocolate and blueberry, and there was a note attached to each of the baskets:

Everyone at this school deserves Muffins of Triumph!

Raven was still fairly avoidy, but she did slip from her room long enough to take a blueberry muffin. She'd done her part to inflict emo on Fandom, so naturally she had to combat it now.

It was possible she might be cornered before disappearing into brooding again.

Sam gazed at the basket for a few minutes after he came into the common room. He hadn't done anything that could be considered a triumph, except for possibly not feeding from anyone who hadn't given him permission. But Peter had taken care of him, as usual, and a good blueberry muffin was going to be just the start of how Sam thanked him for everything.
