Being a fan of touching too, Alex almost wanted to give her free reign and actually considered just getting half naked on the roof. He was a guy, shirts came off all the time. But, he'd let her tease him for a bit longer, see where it went.

Besides, there was nothing stopping him from doing some teasing of his own, fingers brushing over the front of her shirt, teasing her through the material of the clothing. Might not be skin but it did in a pinch.
