Fourth Floor Common Room | Evening | 2/6
Hayley was actually taking Azula's advice tonight. She stood by the stove, carefully trying to cook something without burning it or herself.
This wasn't high cuisine. She was making a grilled cheese sandwich. Trying being the keyword, as she'd burnt the first one, but this second attempt was turning out okay. She flipped it in the pan to toast the other side and she had the beginnings of an eager smile on her face.
There was no music, the TV was not on. She was focusing solely on getting this sandwich made. When it was done, then there would be victory music. Victory music by Lady Gaga and a little one-girl dance party while she ate her delicious sandwich.
But first she had to make sure not to let the sandwich sit too long in the pan...
