Kappa Kappa Gremlin, First Floor Rec Room - After Classes

There was a movie set up for the guys of the frat this afternoon. A movie and what appeared to be a few buckets of fried chicken. Possibly to keep things fresh from having only pizza.

“Hey guys,” Tony said, smiling a bit too much because his weekend had been amazing, thank you. “We’re just going to be doing something easy today that we can relax to.”

"So," Warren chimed in, smiling a fair bit himself for very similar reasons, "we picked up some Spanish movie, and we can just kind of zone out for a bit. Think about things, or something."

You know. Thinking. Which was totally what these boys were planning to do. With their brains. Which were located in their skulls and nowhere else. Honest.

Upstairs brains. Yup.

“So, enjoy... Y tu Mama Tambien,” Tony added. “It's got to be good, it won awards."

No, they hadn't seen it. Why do you ask?

With all the free food and people who did not have anything on their minds. At all.

It’s an art film, so it adds a certain amount of cla--is that a threesome?

Because these things only happened during strange weeks, it seemed. Tony was beginning to think that 'art film' was just porn with a slightly better plot.

This movie was filthy.

Enjoyable, but filthy. Tyrion wondered if he should step in and turn it off. He didn't -- in large part because he was enjoying it too -- but he would at the first complaint.

Lex didn't enter the room.

He slinked into it, grinning. Someone was in a good mood.

Yeah, coming to frat today was a horrible idea. Like really, truly awful. Because it was about a thousand degrees today and damn it, Tony ~~and Billy if he was there~~ looked good today.

So Topher sat. Very, very flustered.

And the movie about the guy in love with his best friend? Shockingly did not help.

Lex spent a good chunk of the movie rolling his eyes at the two male leads and mentally telling them to make out already...then they did.

Cue Lex's jaw hanging ever so slightly open.

Free food and a movie? You bet Bobby was there.

Except then the movie was- with the- "Tony!" Bobby squeaked, flinging a drumstick at the other boy's head. "This movie is full of porn."

"It's an art film!" So... yes. Yes, it was, Bobby.

Right. Nothing at all.

Chicken and soda was a good thing to concentrate on, even if for once it wasn't naturally the thing at the forefront of Chuck's mind. He was still stuck on a certain blonde, and Friday, and-- Food. He was thinking about the food to stop grinning like a moron.

"...That's basically just code for porn," Bobby informed Tony dryly.

"Next time we're picking an action movie." Filled with homoerotic subtext.

"The more explosions, the better," Bobby agreed.

"Maybe that one with The Rock." You mean all of them?

"Because that narrows it down..."

"The one with the guns?" Ahahahaha.

"So now we've narrowed it down to 'not the one where he's the tooth fairy'," Bobby pointed out.

Tony just rolled his eyes and punched Bobby's shoulder. Like you do. "Here for the food again?"

"Tony, I'm hurt, right here," Bobby put a hand over his heart and pouted at Tony. "How could you assume it was the food?" Because he'd met you maybe, Bobby? "Maybe I'm just here to see you."

"Are you?" He doubted it because, yes. He had met Bobby. Not that he held it against him or anything.

"Well... no," Bobby admitted. "But to assume is to make an ass out of you and me, Stark," he added primly.

Tony laughed at that. "And you do it enough to yourself, I shouldn't help you out."

"Like you're totally innocent when it comes to ass, uh. Making," Bobby rolled his eyes.

Tony bit his lip, trying not to laugh as he turned just a little red at the thought. "No clue what you could be talking about."

Warren was... watching the movie. While burying his face in his hand and shaking his head.

Oh yeah. It was artsy.

"Whatever, dude. You looooove it."

"Shut up," Tony replied, rolling his eyes. "And enjoy the movie. You sound like you need it."

Ben had finally been convinced by Ender to leave the room and poked his head into the frat meeting just in time for the threesome scene.

"Well," he said, eyes wide. "I'll...just being going back where I came from, then."

Richie wasn't in a great mood. Maybe the fried chicken would help. Maybe. Or maybe he'd just eat and then go in search of a room that wasn't full of guys. Sorry, boys, you're all pretty, but you're just not what Richie's looking for.

Richie was watching. Richie was also giving Tony and Warren some weird looks. Some very judgmental looks. Seriously, guys?

"Pssst!"

Okay, yeah. It was frat. Technically, Karla wasn't supposed to be there. Which was why she wasn't in the room. She was actually lurking in the hallway just outside of it, poking her head and.

And trying to get Warren's attention. "Surreptitiously."

Psssst?

Warren blinked up from... from where he wasn't actually watching with a sort of wary curiosity, shut up. There had been a Pssst, and he was just going to answer it. Casually. By blinking over at the doorway and then raising an eyebrow.

"Psst?"

Not that he didn't figure he knew what she was 'pssst'ing about, granted.

Karla beckoned him over. She had THINGS to tell him. THINGS. Things he probably did not want broadcast all over the frat. And there were Rules about her going into frat, so he was just going to have to come over to her to find out why she was 'pssst'ing at him.

Warren hesitated for all of.... about two seconds before he set what was left of his chicken down on his plate, and then got up to see what exactly Karla was flagging him down about.

"Hey, Karla. What's up?"

... What a question.

It earned him a wry smile and a twitch of her lips anyway. He could answer that question himself, couldn't he?

"How much longer?" she ~~whined~~ asked.

For no reason.

Warren glanced toward the television. And the... threesome... that was on it.

And then glanced back at Karla.

And then back to the television.

"... Not... long?"

Sound a little less sure about that, Warren.

Karla glanced at the teevee, saw the threesome, and looked back at Warren, her brow just arching that much higher.

Then leaned forward, grabbed the front of his shirt, and pulled him in for a long kiss. "And how about now?" she asked when she finally got around to letting him go again.

And if Warren was just a touch weak in the knees after that? Well, he figured nobody in the room could possibly blame him, either.

"Let me just... clean up my things... and I... I'll... be right with you."

Unf.

"Hurry up," she murmured, looking up at him from under her lashes. "Or I'm liable to start without you."

And then deliberately turned around and started walking for the stairs. Slowly. In tight jeans.

And never in the history of mankind did an entire chicken breast find its way to the garbage can more quickly.

And a moment later, all that remained of Warren in the rec room were a few scattered feathers, stirred up a little by the air current that he left behind him when he ran out of there after her.

He'd catch the end of the movie some other time.
