Second Floor Common Room, Saturday Afternoon
Natalie had a cat. This was not completely new, as she'd actually lived with Mr. Moxy before, but there was a difference. Even though Sam was going to be around for... a while, the cat was still her responsibility, and hers alone. And she was fine with that, but there was going to be an adjustment period, for both her and Moxy.
For one, he had not yet entirely grasped the idea that he wasn't living in Tara's room anymore, and while wandering there was still okay right now, Natalie didn't want him trying to butt in on anyone who might come to live in Tara's old room next week. So, he needed to learn that she was going to be the person to come back to from now on.
Mostly this was an excuse to carry him into the common room along with her after she came back from a visit into town. And so, Natalie had a book and some cupcakes, there was a cat playing with a ball on the floor, and all was relatively well in the second floor common room.
