Jim was over the moodiness of the other day. He was over it and he'd forgotten it and that was all there was to it. A temporary bump in his otherwise emotionally sealed off well being. And that was how Jim liked it.
For the most part. But again, emotionally sealed off.
Since Jim knew he couldn't bother Jackson all the time, he'd come out of his room and gotten right to taking up space in the common room. He'd sprawled on the couch, book in one hand and apple in the other. The television was on and Jim was occasionally taking peeks at the cartoon he'd found but he was mostly reading the book he'd picked up from the library.
Yes, he knew where the library was. Yes, he knew it was amazing. Jim liked to be surprising sometimes. Hey, he had no problem with people judging him by his looks.
He just loved proving everyone wrong.
