Fifth Floor Common Room [mid-morning]
What better time then when Jims was napping to serve tea and cakes? Rilla couldn't think of one.
She had out seven cakes (Susan had gone a little crazy): two chocolate, a strawberry, a pound cake, a marble cake, a vanilla cake with orange frosting, and one that used to be called Black Forest cake before the Germans had become the enemy.
It was still a tasty cake, though.
Enjoy a slice! Have some tea or lemonade! Celebrate the end of the year!
