Fifth Floor Common Room, Tuesday Morning
It's funny, how little of an impact evil corporations and psychotic loons could have on you when you'd spent a few years in the Republican Army followed by a couple of years with the Sith. Which wasn't to say Atton wasn't going to bitch up a storm about those things showing up trying to kill everyone (including him), but it did put things into perspective.
In fact, they were in perspective enough for Atton - who had an oddly-tilted perspective to begin with - that he was actually humming Search and Destroy under his breath as he made himself a grilled cheese sandwich in the common room that morning. Was it his cheese? Probably not. Probably not his bread either, which was why he felt no compunction about letting it lay out in the common room for anyone else who might be hungry.
Life went on-- a lot better when someone wasn't shooting at you.
