"I don't think I'd mind. Thank you." Cosette helped herself to a slice, poured a cup of soda, and came over to sit on one of the couches while she ate. (Every now and then, after a sip of soda, she'd let out a surprised little giggle; she still wasn't used to how it tickled her nose.)
"Everything's so much quieter today, it's almost strange," she remarked. Funny how that happened when there weren't dinosaurs stampeding everywhere. "I don't mind at all, though."
