Alana stopped at Turtle & Canary before setting up the table for prom ticket sales, so -- in lieu of the usual glitter -- it was bedecked in pink fake grass for Easter baskets and a good handful of pastel-wrapped chocolates.

Alana's favorite thing about Earth holidays remained the sales after them.

She kicked back with a trashy novel, ready to sell tickets or chat with anyone who needed help. The box for votes sat at one corner of the table.
