The Roof, Thursday evening

Well, Tahani wasn't sure why they were having makeovers on a roof unless it was to take windswept-looking pictures for afterwards but here she was with all of her off-season clothing, far too much makeup and hair things, and absolutely zero schnapps.

Schnapps, Eleanor? Schnapps?! There were not in a ski chalet, the only place it was ever acceptable to drink schnapps.

Tahani took a seat on a fold-out chair she'd found and flipped through her Instagram account looking for inspiration looks. It was so brave of Eleanor to ask for help!

Lana showed up, somewhat disgruntled.

"All right," she said, crossing her arms. "What's wrong with my hair? I'm sorry it isn't more interesting, but I really haven't got the time or inclination for intricate buns or horns."

Fashions back home were interesting, okay?

Okay, so Troy defintiely did not remember saying anything about a roof party, but Alexis had finally got back to him, and if she wanted to go to a roof party, he was so going to be going down with a roof party, especially since being at a roof party meant he was no longer being potential dinner for a headphone cord monster.

"Did someone say roof party?" he asked, because at least the roof part was pretty certain, so let's get into the party part!

"I'm sorry, did you say horns?" Tahani asked.

"I got a message about one too!" Tahani said. "It must be the place to be tonight, then!"

"Okay, what's happening up here?" Sabine asked, a little worried her girlfriend was going to fry someone over hair.

The door to the roof kicked open and Eleanor strutted in carrying two bottles of schnapps and in her other hand was bag of cheap hair extensions.

"Who's ready to make some poor life decisions?" she declared/asked.

"Nothing wrong with your hair, babe," Eleanor said holding up a bottle of schnapps in one hand and hair extensions in the other. "But if you want hair I got hair extensions. Just don't hang out by an open flame."

[mother_forker]

"Makeovers and drinking," Eleanor said happily. "I'd offer you hair extensions but your hair is already pretty badass so... booze?"

And there was the bottle of peach schnapps being offered.

"Hey nerd," Eleanor said grabbing Troy by the arm. "You're the first makeover. C'mon."

Where did Eleanor find another chair? Don't worry about it. There's a chair and Troy is going to be Eleanor's charge tonight.

"Don't let her use those extensions in your hair," Tahani hissed urgently.

"Not by drinking schnapps!" Tahani told her.

"You know, horns?" Lana made horns on her head with her hands. "All the rage on Ziost, but this isn't it, and my hair is perfectly fine."

[mother_forker]

"Then it's hair extensions for you, hot stuff!" Eleanor declared, putting down the bottle and heading to Tahani with hair extensions in hand.

This was probably not going to happen like it did in canon.

Illyana wandered out on to the roof, the backpack on her shoulder stuffed with bottles of vodka and a box of the red solo cups.

"Huh. Okay. Not what I expected, but that's fine."

"Thank you," Lana said. "And no thank you; I like my hair unextended." She also knew enough about Eleanor's tastes to let her keep the schnapps.

"I'd like to know that myself," Lana said, by now more bewildered than fry-y.

"What did you expect?" Lana asked. "I'm not sure what I did."

[mother_forker]

"Yes but you could be more Beyonce and less Kelly Rowland with these," Eleanor said trying to wave them enticingly.

"I'm not sure I know who Kelly Rowland is, or why I'd want to be her." Beyoncé she'd figured out, though she wasn't entirely sure how her hair looked like hers, either.

"Eleanor left me a message about drunk makeovers," Illyana replied, pointing at the guilty party in question. "I've never had a makeover, so I brought vodka."

"A bit unimaginative, perhaps, but fine," Tahani agreed.

"Where have those things been?" she asked, horrified.

She was guessing "gas station shop."

"Yes, the vibe here is a bit of a mash-mash," Tahani admitted. "Regardless, welcome!"

"I've never had a makeover, but I have the good vodka," 'Yana said, setting her bag down on the ground to start pulling things out. "Hopefully that evens things out."

Her vodka was, actually, pretty good. Two bottles of Zyr, two of Polugar Rye, and one Husky.

"Sadly the only cups I could find are the red plastic ones from the common room."

Even though Troy had tried to call Eleanor back, there was honestly one question that was so much more important than why Eleanor had his arm and where he was dragging him. Honestly, if she got the message about the shrimp chips, it probably wasn't anything he needed to worry about...at least until she realized he didn't bring the chips with him.
