Sixth floor common room- Thursday evening

As advertised, there was a party today, because this week was a lot and Alexis figured people needed to blow off some steam. Maybe hook up a little. Maybe it'd be a good precursor to prom!

So the common room was decorated, there was some good grinding music playing since there was a dance floor and all, and the counter was covered in snacks and drinks in case people needed something to hold while they mulled around. And she had entertainment in the form of games, so maybe that would get people going.

There's also food and drinks and look if anyone wanted to loosen up a little she would say most people probably needed it.

And then of course as the night went on, a circle was formed so people could spin a bottle and see who they got to kiss. See, Alexis was helping you.

Lydia, 2

Lydia was not really what one might call a 'party person.' But this whole week was defying her normal expectations of herself as it was, and she'd already done quite a lot of hiding in her room with the lights off, so...party it was.

So she was here, holding a drink mostly for something to do, and trying to keep herself from blushing every time she looked at anyone.

Astrid, 3

Astrid definitely knew what this week was, and she definitely knew what a party on this week would be like, which meant that she was hardly going to miss it.

She also liked that it was o Thursday, so she could at least try to keep things discrete on radio tomorrow, though her cohost might need some.convincing.

She knew what week this was.

The convincing would not be hard.

"Well hello and welcome," Alexis greeted her.

"Glad you made it!" Alexis said, coming over because she was feeling super social this week. "Enjoying yourself?"

Troy, 4

Even if he hadn't been promised no makeovers, Troy was definitely going to be here.

But oh noooooo! What was thiiiis? Where was his shirt??

He must have left it at the store before he left!

Whoops!

Oh well! Who needed shirts at a party anyway? Not this guy, apparently!

"Hi," said Lydia, who was possibly even more awkward than usual this week.

She raised her cup in a little greeting, adding, "Nice party."

That was what people said at parties, right? Look, Alexis, you were real pretty and it wasn't helping Lydia's already poor social skills.

Eleanor - 5

"Thanks! I just really thought we all needed to blow off a little bit of steam, you know? Get to know each other better..."

"You seem to have dropped your shirt," Alexis greeted him.

Okay, if you don't think Eleanor pregamed for this...

Well let's be honest. The whole island should know Eleanor pregamed for everything.

"I am here!" she declared walking into the room in a thrown together look that would make modest people blush. She waved her 7-11 Big Gulp cup that most definitely did not have booze in it. "Let the games begin!"

Eleanor took a loooooong sip of her drink through the twizzler straw as she gazed at Troy. Perhaps gazing longer than she should have. There was then a gurgle as the drink finished and Eleanor finally decided to say something as she pointed her finger up and down at Troy.

"I approve."

"'Sup?" Eleanor asked as she produced an empty cup that was in her bag of party supplies and began to fill it with a glass bottle that had the label removed from it. "I see your glass is empty of decent drinking material. No worries. I got 'ya girl."

And when the cup was full, a cap was put on it and handed over. "Twizzler straw?"

Eleanor drained her cup and slapped it on the counter.

"Dare."

Did someone even announce this game? If they did Eleanor might have not noticed and just decided to jump in anyway.

"Maybe in a closet or something," Lydia continued with a raise of her brows, smiling a little. "Least that's how it goes where I'm from."

Not that she was much of a party goer, but Lydia was already foreseeing a lot more out-in-the-open makeouts than your average high school party.

"I'm not above having anyone make out in a closet," Alexis admitted.

Alexis appreciated you, Eleanor. So much.

"You look like you came prepared."
