Second Floor Common Room, Friday Afternoon [11/19]
The last time 'Yana had been home, she'd gotten dragged out antique-shopping with Clea and Wong. Which, while she would never admit it, had been a lot of fun.
Especially since she'd found a super ancient, dusty (but still in excellent condition) copper samovar in a corner, and promptly claimed it for herself. The clerk hadn't even known what it was, and let her purchase it for ten dollars without even haggling.
At least Wong had been as scandalized as she had been at that sacrilege, and he'd promised to find her another one to keep in the Sanctum's kitchen. She didn't care what Strange said, using a standard electric kettle was not the same thing.
Which was why Illyana had set it up by an open window in the common room, letting the smoke drift outside as she made some proper fucking tea for once. American tea was terrible, which was why she usually stuck to their coffee.
But for a nice, cool day, where she could have the windows open and lounge on the couch reading through a mystery book and eating the cookies and sweets that she'd 'ported over to NYC to get? It was an absolutely perfect time for tea, and Illyana was in a good enough mood that she just might share.
[OOC: open common room is open!]
