Heading to Room 414

Kiki is clutching a slip of paper, her broom, as usual, on one shoulder and her bag on the other, Jiji trotting along beside her as she climbs the stairs.

"Yes, Jiji, Ms. White said room 414. This is...uh... the 3rd floor. One more. Come on, Jiji."

Jiji meows crankily.

"Yes, once I know where it is, I'll just leave the window open and we can come and go that way."

She reaches the 4th floor and opens room 414.

"I'm supposed to have a roomate - yes, other than you, Jiji - but it looks like she hasn't checked in yet. I wonder which bed she'll want. Good thing I don't have much stuff to move in!"

She puts her bag on the bed and opens the window.

"I hope our neighbors are nice, too..."

Ah, that would be me. Hello. I would normally ask you not to be put off by the green skin, but one of our professors has a brick for a hand, so I'll just expect you to take it in stride. I would prefer the bed farther from the window, if you don't mind. Is your cat friendly?

"Hi - and nope, I think the green skin is quite pretty! Jiji is quite friendly, and well-behaved, so he shouldn't be a problem. This works out well, because I prefer the window - sometimes it's the easiest way in and out, you see. Where are you from?"

I'm originally from Munchkinland, though I grew up in Quadling Country. I finished two years at Crage Hall of Shiz in Gillikin and then decided it would be more politic if I completed my schooling elsewhere. ...all of which would make more sense if you knew anything about Oz. Let's just say I'm from over the rainbow.

Ah, in the interest of full disclosure, I should tell you I don't wash. I am clean, though, and I keep my things tidy. If you would be so kind as to keep the window closed when it rains, I would be much obliged.

Wrestling, wow! I'd be too scared to try that, I think. I'm in English, Intro to Business, and Manipulation, Myth and Magic - although the first two haven't met yet. Once I hear about some actualy meetings, I plan to join the Flying Club and the Wildcrafting Club. I'm originally from Koriko, but I left when I was 13 - it's a tradition for more old-fashioned witches that we leave home when we turn 13 to live on our own for a year in a completely new town. I'm an only child, so I think my parents were a little sad to see me go, but I was ready. So, for the past two years I was living alone above a bakery, running a delivery service. Problem is? All I can do really is fly. No spells, no potions, no wands, no fortune-telling. That's why I came here - to continue my training.
